With a focus on long term service based revenue and multi-year ‘managed service’ contracts, ADA’s growth strategy has had a positive impact on both turnover and net profit margin. Provisional results for the year ending 30 April 2010 highlight the strongest growth in the Company’s 20 year history.
Carl Grieves, Chief Sales Officer at ADA said "The growth of our online ERP and online CRM customer base has certainly played a key part in ADA's success this year. Our growing stature as one of the UK's leading providers of online ERP and online CRM solutions, based on Micrsoft Dynamics, has allowed us to grow our deferred income business. Our decision to invest so heavily in our own data centre infrastructure in Burgess Hill and Solihull was certainly the right one."
Commenting on the results, Gary Page, CFO at ADA said “At the end of our 2009/2010 financial year, I can report a 45% year-on-year growth in turnover. With a 300% increase in Net Profit, ADA carries over £10 million in contracted income into the next financial period. The Board is now very much focused on plans for the 2010/11 financial year and the things we need to do to continue to grow the business.”
