ADA takes on 30 new Dynamics NAV Customers

ADA's Business Solutions Group, the UK innovator in the delivery of online Dynamics NAV solutions, has been appointed by Peracto Solutions Ltd to assume responsibility for its UK Microsoft Dynamics customer base.  Numbering some thirty (30) Dynamics customers, the news follows Peracto's decision to discontinue its support of Microsoft Dynamics in the UK in order to pursue other business opportunities. 

Commenting on the news, Bal Phull, Managing Director of Peracto Solutions said "To ensure that a first class service is continuously provided to all of our customers affected by this change, I, in conjunction with Microsoft, have sought a first class Dynamics NAV Partner to take up Peracto's business.   Given ADA Technology Services' breadth of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, I am delighted that they have agreed to take on this role. ADA will fulfil all of Peracto’s ongoing contractual Service and Support agreements from March 2010."

The decision to appoint ADA Technology Services has received the full support of Microsoft.  Dave Rabson, CEO at ADA said "ADA has invested heavily in its online Microsoft Dynamics business in recent years and is well known for the excellent level of service it provides. ADA's ability to deliver the entire Microsoft Dynamics product range, combined with its approach based on customer value will ensure that the customers affected by this transition will experience an enhanced level of service."

Commenting on the new customer base, Carl Grieves, Director of ADA’s Business Solutions Group added "The primary focus of both ADA and Microsoft is to provide a seamless support service with zero disruption.  This transition is a great endorsement for ADA’s Microsoft Dynamics expertise and its ability to provide customers with an exceptional level of service and support."

Grieves continued “ADA is uniquely placed to provide an online 'Software-as-a-Service’ (SaaS) Dynamics NAV solution via its own data centres. Importantly, for our customers, ADA is wholly responsible for both application support and service delivery.  This fact, combined with ADA’s 24/7 SLA based monitoring platform means that Peracto’s former customers can invest with greater confidence."
