GroundSure has selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM to replace its aging Maximiser system which was not easy to use and did not meet all of GroundSure’s business requirements. Part of the EMAP Group, GroundSure is the leading provider of environmental searches for residential and commercial property in the UK. GroundSure has opted for ADA’s online Dynamics CRM solution, a fully hosted and managed 'Software as a Service'.
By creating a centralised Account Management Database GroundSure will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to execute marketing campaigns and to collate detailed customer profiles. Quick to deploy and easy to configure, ADA’s online Dynamics CRM solutions start at £45 per user per month.

Initially, 10 users will be using ADA’s online CRM system through the Microsoft Outlook client or via the Mobile Client on handheld devices.
